AMD Dual Core Turion 64 - Speed Help?

Hi everyone, appreciation for looking at my question



I own windows Vista and when I clicked on 'view amount of RAM and processor speed' (in control panel) to find out how speedy my laptop was. It said 1.60 GHZ



I hold dual core, so is this 1.60GHZ per Core processor or 1.60 GHZ all within?

It is per core processor.
that will be x2.
thats 1.6 x2. it wont tell you the true speed. but dont verbs youll be good.
