okay economically everytime i turn on my computer...and start doing something...out of nowhere it restarts on its own..either that or the blind turns black...idk why.. help?

This could be cause by a lot of things: a virus, impossible boot sector on the hard drive, bleak memory chip.
In any case, someone you know locally should look at it. Process is somewhat long-drawn-out to explain here.
maybe it's infested beside viruses and worms. try to scan it beside an anti-virus program and clean it
My son's workstation did this - it was the power supply dying.
If you've checked it for spyware and adjectives else take it to a shop and get hold of them to look at it.
