You don't really inevitability bluetooth. 99.9999% of laptops come with built surrounded by sound cards. You should look for processor speed, and run into. Hard drive capacity shouldn't be a huge factor. As okay as video cards. It really depends on what you're using it for.
If you are just using it for cool use. Go for 2 gigbytes of RAM and a Dual core processor at LEAST 1.8GHz. Other than that's it's up to you.
The answer is it all depends on your wishes...you don't really need bluetooth on laptops...
Buy a custom made laptop from toshiba or compaq.
