Anyone know why my laptop keep shuting down indiscriminately and say some kine of unpromising reiver is installed?

I enjoy a dell and it just sends me a error mesage and simply shutsdown. It say some class of bad driver is installed. Have any suggestions?

If you can attain into your Device Manager either through ordinary windows or through undisruptive mode. You should see which device is causing the issue. The device will enjoy a yellow ! (exclamation point over it) or a red circle beside a line through it.



Uninstall the discouraging device from the Device Managers list and restart the computer.
run a virus scan, its probably a discouraging virus!
Try to see if the system is stable in the out of danger mode, if so, run a system restore to the latest daytime the system was functioning properly, it it is unstable contained by the safe mode, try to boot to the second known suitable configuration ( Press F8 at the Dell Logo when you start) and if it boot succesfully ran a system restore.
